Tush Doshi Joins Kentech Board

Kentech is delighted to announce the appointment of Tush Doshi to Kentech’s Board as a Non-Executive Director, bringing a wealth of experience with more than 25 years’ involvement in the global oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals and power generation industries. Tush was previously the COO and then President (Projects) of Kentz/SNC Lavalin where he was responsible for the global business unit covering Middle East, Australia and Southern Africa. During his 5 years at the company, he was part of the team that tripled the business unit revenue and margin as well as expanding the footprint into the US and South East Asia. Prior to joining Kentz in 2012, Tush worked in various senior operation roles for companies such as Jacobs Engineering and AMEC. Tush commented: “I believe the team are making great strides in the development and growth of Kentech and I very much look forward to supporting them on this exciting journey” Malcolm Fallen, Kentech’s Chairman, commented: “We are delighted to have Tush join the Board of Kentech. His breadth of international and operational experience and industry knowledge will be invaluable to supporting our growth plans.”

Kentech Board Announcement

Kentech is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Jim Moffat to Kentech’s Board as a Non-Executive Director.  Jim brings a wealth of experience with more than 40 years’ involvement in international construction, fabrication and project management.  Until recently Jim has acted as CEO of Lamprell, the UAE-based provider of fabrication, engineering and contracting services.  Prior to joining Lamprell in 2013, Jim spent the previous 16 years working for the KBR Group in a variety of senior management roles.  During this time he also acted as the General Manager responsible for the Gorgon LNG Project in Australia, one of the world’s largest and most complex capital development projects. Prior to his time at KBR, Jim was with the McDermott Group, operating primarily in Asia Pacific and the UK and working in a number of managerial roles over a period of nearly 20 years.  Notably, he was in charge of all aspects of fabrication, project management and engineering activities for McDermott Indonesia. Malcolm Fallen, Kentech’s Chairman, commented: “We are delighted to have Jim join the Board of Kentech. His breadth of international and operational experience will be invaluable to help grow the Company”.

Kentech CEO Announces Some Strategic Changes to the Board

Kentech announces that as a result of conflicting work pressures, David Greer will be departing from the Board as the Chairman of Kentech Corporate Holdings. David joined the Kentech board as Chairman in summer 2014 and he has participated extensively in both the development of the Board and the company during his tenure. He has been able to bring his broad industry knowledge and expertise into the Board discussion in addition to providing both the challenge and support that one can expect within the Board. David’s workload and travel commitments linked to his executive role in Serco means that he can no longer devote the time and energy required to fulfill the role as Chairman of Kentech and he has expressed his regret at having to leave the Company at this exciting stage of its evolution and wishes the company every success going forward.
