In support of our drive to become a $1 Billion business, we are very excited to announce the appointment of Jim Blanchard as Regional BD Director - Europe & Africa, for our TMM service line. Jim joins us with more than 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in delivering growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As we continue our development, he will also bring significant experience and skills in key account management and consultative selling; together with a strong technical background in maintenance and modifications execution management. So he really knows his stuff! Jim told us "I have joined Kentech at an exciting time where I can be part of defining and building the business for success over the next five years. What really drew me in was the fact the growth plans are based upon maximizing the proven success within Europe, Middle East and the Former Soviet Union; where we have brought our international experience to a local level through the application of the Kentech ‘We are family’ ethos". The safety of our workforce comes second to none in Kentech and there is nothing more satisfying when our clients also recognise our safety standards. Borouge have recently awarded the Kentech team Contractor of the Year 2017 for our outstanding HSE and technical performance, celebrating the best safety practices and safety culture they've witness by the Kentech team over the years. Ryan Jongco and Murugesh Rajagopal accepted the award on behalf of Kentech who are key members of the team delivering HVAC Maintenance services on the project, a team who have achieved over half a million safe manhours so far.
On the 18th August 2015, Kentech was awarded a 5 year Instrument, Control & Automation, Electrical, Telecommunications, HVAC Maintenance & Construction Services Agreement on the Sakhalin 1 Project by client Exxon Neftegas Limited (ENL). The Sakhalin 1 Project is comprised of onshore facilities Chayvo OPF, Odoptu FSP and offshore platforms Berkut and Orlan in the remote Sakhalin Island region, as well as the DeKastri Oil Terminal situated on the Far Eastern Russian Federal Mainland.
Kentech Qatar has been awarded two strategic maintenance contracts by Qatar Shell GTL comprising of over 3 million man hours of works over a five year period. Following the initial award of the HVAC General Maintenance & Engineering Support Services contract in September 2013, which will run for an initial duration of just over 5 years, Kentech have been awarded an additional contract to provide Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Services also.
Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) LLC, a subsidiary of Adnoc, has awarded Kentech International Limited Abu Dhabi a 3 year contract for the Operation, Maintenance & Repair Services for HVAC Equipment at Ruwais Plant.
