More Wellheads Loaded Out at the Al Nasr Field Development Project, UAE

On 27th September, NPCC loaded out a further two of the Nasr wellheads, WHT 8 and WHT 9, on which Kentech has executed the electrical and instrumentation construction, pre-commissioning and full electrical, instrumentation and mechanical commissioning scope of work. ADMA-OPCO is developing the NASR offshore oil field, located about 131km North West of Abu Dhabi in the Arabian Gulf. These wellheads form part of Nasr Full-Field Development Project EPC Works for Package 1, totalling 5 wellhead towers at NPCC’s Mussafah Fabrication Yard. Earlier this year, WHT 3 & 6 were successfully loaded out and now only WHT 7 remains, which is on schedule for load out in the second half of November. We are immensely proud of achievements made on this project by the entire project team.  As full commissioning was included in the scope for these WHT’s, the challenge was greater. However the team delivered their scope of work in a shorter timeframe than had previously been achieved and all without a lost time incident.
