John Kavanagh is head of the Human Resources function managing the Corporate HR Team as well as providing the functional direction and support for the HR Regional Teams across the organisation.  He has over 25 years industry experience in Global HR including HR Planning and Corporate Strategy, Recruitment, Reward Management, Employee and Industrial Relations, Communications, Change Management, Training and Development and Performance Management.  

John has been with Kentech since 1998 and has been at the forefront of the company’s growth and development as it expanded existing markets and opened up new territories in the Former Soviet Union, Mexico, the Arabian Gulf and most recently Australia. 

John has worked predominantly in the construction industry and over the years he has been based in Ireland, UK, Holland, Germany, Kuwait and UAE while managing and supporting globally dispersed teams in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Mexico, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Australia.     

John is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development having graduated from Kingston University, London (1991).
