Matt Seale leads the group finance function and is also responsible for the group’s IT infrastructure and applications systems. He also supports the CEO in ensuring that a strong sense of corporate governance and corporate responsibility is embedded throughout the organisation.

Matt was previously the CFO at Fosroc, a global manufacturer and supplier of construction chemicals and he also spent 10 years in various roles at Halliburton and KBR when it was a combined organisation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and obtained his articles with Mazars (formerly Neville Russell).
