In 2004, Parsons Fluor Daniel (PFD) were awarded the engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services by Tengizchevroil (TCO) for the Asset Development Project, a combination of the Sour Gas Injection (SGI) and the Second Generation Plant (SGP) Projects at the giant Tengiz and Korolev Fields, located on the north eastern shore of the Caspian Sea.
